Well I have been commuting by bicycle for a couple months now and I must say I can't imagine not riding.
Winter is always a thought on my mind living Upstate and I really need ideas how to ride in the winter.
The conditions where I live:
Up to 40'' of snow, about 2' constantly
Sides of the road not plowed
Sidewalks rarely shovelled especially when I leave for work (5:20)
Bike trail not plowed, ever
Dark
Snow plows hit everything; mailboxes, cars, people, etc...
Any thoughts would be appreciated greatly
