Today's ride was a little uncomfortable, I adjusted my seat and that was a mistake. I saw one rabbit in the morning and my wife and son met me at the end of the trail one the way home. (That was nice)

This is a great name for my bike, just as Moses in the Bible delivered the slaves out of Egypt, hopefully Moses the bike will deliver me out of my physical bondage of obesity.
